Mad River Harley-Davidson is hosting their second Official Attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Record for Largest Motorcycle Poker Run and WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We need at least 1,495 people to break this record!
When: Monday, May 27th,2019
Where: begins & ends at Mad River Harley-Davidson

There will be THREE routes/waves of ridersParticipants will draw a card at 5 locations and return to MRHDAll cards must be turned in to Mad River by 5 pmPrizes awarded at 6:00 pm
Route 1 Registration begins at 9:00 am and will END at 10:00 am At 10 am the ride registration area will CLOSE for 30 minutes If you are in route two you will HAVE to wait until Route 2 Registration opens at 10:30 am
Route 2 Registration begins at 10:30 am and will END at 11:30 amAt 11:30 am the ride registration area will CLOSE for 30 minutesIf you are in route THREE you will HAVE to wait until Route 3 Registration opens at 12:00 pm
Route 3 Registration begins at 12:00 pm and will END at 1:00 pm At 1:00 pm ride registration will CLOSE
POST RALLY PARTY4 pm to 7 pm FREE FOOD with a voucher

**PLEASE READ**
A brief rundown of the day-of registration/check-in process:
- Ride registration will occur in the Toys R Us parking lot 5500 Milan Rd, Sandusky, OH 44870
- If pre-registered, you will need to have your ticket on your phone or printed out - it will need to be scanned to enter the Saloon area.
- If you have not pre-registered, the day of ticket sales will take place outside of the Saloon and will be $15 without a t-shirt and $25 with a t-shirt - cash and credit are accepted
- You are unable to enter the registration area outside of your designated Route Registration Time, this is a REQUIREMENT of the Guinness Book of World Records
- You will then be assigned into a group of 25 lead by a Steward, wristbanded and given your poker run sheet.
- You will meet your group and Steward in the designated area and leave the area together
- You will follow your given route and you must draw a card and get stamped at AT LEAST 4 of the 5 stops.
- Poker Run cards must be turned in to the registration area by 5 pm.
- You must finish and turn your card in to qualify as a participant in the ride. Failure of 10% or more of participants to return will result in our disqualification of the attempt.

The undersigned (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns), for and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in a “Ride,” “Poker Run,” “Rally,” “Field Meet” or “Activity” (hereinafter, EVENT(S) sponsored and/or conducted by H & M Acquisition, LLC dba Adventure Harley-Davidson and dba Adventure Customs and Erie Riders, LLC dba Mad River Harley-Davidson and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (hereinafter, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) releases and holds harmless the 'RELEASED PARTIES” from any and all claims and demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I now have or later may have against the 'RELEASED PARTIES' in any way resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the performance of their duties and my participation in any said EVENT(S).
This Release extends to any and all claims I have or later may have against the 'RELEASED PARTIES' resulting from or arising out of their performance of their duties whether or not such claims result from negligence (except willful neglect) on the part of any or all of the 'RELEASED PARTIES' with respect to the EVENT(S) or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions, rules or procedures under which the EVENT(S) are conducted or from any other cause.
“I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MEANS THAT I AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY OR ALL OF THE 'RELEASED PARTIES' FOR ANY INJURY RESULTING TO MYSELF OR MY PROPERTY ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES IN SPONSORING, PLANNING OR CONDUCTING THE EVENTS.”
I am experienced in and familiar with the operation of motorcycles and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling. I am voluntarily participating in the EVENT(S) and I expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accidents or personal injury, including death, which I might sustain to my person and property as a result of my participation in the events, and any negligence (except willful neglect) on the part of any or all of the 'RELEASED PARTIES' in performing their duties.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS UNDER STATE STATUTES
I further agree to waive all benefits flowing from any state statute which would negate or limit the scope of this release and Indemnification Agreement, including but not limited to Section 1542 of the California Civil Code which provides:
“A general release does not extend to the claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing this release, which if known to him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
By signing this Release, I certify that I have read this Release and fully understand it and that I am not relying on any statements or representations made by the 'RELEASED PARTIES.'
